Matt Martin Real Estate Management, LLC (MMREM) is a Virginia-based small business that specializes in real estate property marketing and management activities, and provides services to the real estate and mortgage industries. Our team offers asset management and loss mitigation services as well as portfolio due diligence and sales. We provide innovative solutions customized to each client’s needs and a corporate approach that emphasizes consistent, timely results.
MMREM is a certified General Services Administration (GSA) and Financial and Business Services (FABS) Schedule Contract Holder. MMREM is pleased to represent government agencies and financial institutions in providing Real Estate Owned (REO) marketing and management services. Our track record includes extensive experience in HUD sales, including providing successful management and marketing services to multiple REO asset management companies and GSEs. We maintain an excellent asset disposition team whose members possess on average 15 years of financial services experience in the real estate industry.
The MMREM team offers a seamless process that focuses on maximizing recovery and minimizing hold time for REO real estate.
