Medical
MMREM offers health insurance with United Healthcare (UHC). UHC offers both a traditional Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) and a Point of Service (POS) plan, which offers a Non-Network benefit. Medical coverage is available to all Full Time Team Members and their dependents. Both options include coverage for prescription drugs.
Dental
Dental insurance is available with Humana and provides in and out of network benefits. Dental Coverage is available to all Full Time Team Members and their dependents.
Vision
Vision insurance is offered through UHC to provide annual vision check-ups and discount prescriptions for eyewear during the year. Vision coverage is available to all Full Time Team Members and their dependents.
Insurance and Income Protection
MMREM provides Basic Life, AD&D, Short Term Disability (STD) and Long Term Disability (LTD) benefits at no cost to MMREM Team Members. Supplemental Life Insurance, Accident Insurance and AD&D Insurance is available.
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)
MMREM Flexible Spending Accounts include the Healthcare FSA, Dependent Care FSA, and Transportation FSA. These are separate flexible spending accounts that can help save money on taxes (State, Federal, and Social Security) by allowing participants to pay for certain expenses with set aside, pre-tax dollars.
401(k) Plan
MMREM offers its Team Members participation in the 401(k) Plan with an employer match, on the first day of the month after hire date. Working with The Hartford, you can identify from the multiple fund options available those that best suit your investment style.
Work-life Balance Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
This program provides Team Members and their family members a wide range of services. Provided at no additional charge through the MMREM benefit plan, the EAP can help you find solutions for the everyday challenges of work and home as well as for more serious issues involving emotional and physical well-being.
Paid Time Off
MMREM provides eligible Team Members with a generous vacation, sick time, and holiday time off package.
