HUD Broker Registration
**Please note that while you may still submit your registration, MMREM will no longer be reviewing HUD applications unless the need arises for additional broker coverage in your area. You will be notified by MMREM should we have the need to add brokers in your region and that your application will be reviewed. This only relates to the MMREM-HUD Registration.** – REGISTER HERE
Brokers in the following states: DE, DC, MD, VA, WV, PA, OH, TX, LA, AR, MO,OK, KS, NM, CO, UT please complete this registration.
Non-HUD Broker Registration – REGISTER HERE
If you are not a broker in the above mentioned MMREM HUD states and desire the opportunity to be part of MMREM's broker network for our various REO clients, please complete this registration.
Appraiser Registration – REGISTER HERE
MMREM is constantly looking to work with experienced and qualified FHA Certified Appraisers. If you are an FHA Appraiser please register at the link provided and follow instructions.
*Please Note: If you already are a HUD registered broker with MMREM, you do not need to complete a second registration to be considered for our other REO client opportunities.
