Some examples of MMREM’s current Government engagements include:

 

U.S. Marshals Service Asset Forfeiture Division (USMS)

MMREM will provide pre-seizure title products and disposal of forfeited residential and commercial real estate for the USMS Asset Forfeiture Division.  The USMS selects qualified contractors through a competitive process to handle all aspects of real estate seized as part of its investigations into criminal activities.  MMREM will offer services throughout the 50 states and Puerto Rico to assist the Marshals Service.  To learn more about MMREM’s work with the USMS, click here.

United States Air Force (USAF)

MMREM serves as a subcontractor to Concourse FPS, LLC for the Air Force Real Property Agency (AFRPA) contract. MMREM’s work entails providing real estate support services such as developing support documents, conducting real estate appraisals, land leases and preparing conveyance documents in support of the Air Force Real Property Agency (AFRPA) Enhanced Use Leasing (EUL) Program.

Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC)

MMREM is a subcontractor to CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) as a residential asset manager. Under this contract CBRE manages and markets properties acquired by the FDIC as a result of its seizures of failed financial institutions. MMREM performs nationwide, full lifecycle, residential asset management, utilizing private sector best practices in conjunction with FDIC-specific disposition requirements in order to achieve the highest net return in the shortest amount of time.

U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)

MMREM serves as a HUD Marketing and Management (M&M) III program asset manager. MMREM manages all aspects of marketing, valuation, and closing oversight and management of HUD’s REO portfolio. Mortgage Insurance Endorsement Processing Services (MIE)

MMREM provides MIE processing services on behalf of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Denver Homeownership Center. MIE services include auditing FHA Case binders, verifying Computerized Home Underwriting Management System (CHUMS) data integrity, and validating all loan closing packages.

Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP)

MMREM is a prime contractor for the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) in Rockdale County, Georgia. The program is intended to stabilize communities that have significantly suffered from foreclosures and abandonment as well as to promote homeownership among a qualified pool of low to moderate income buyers. MMREM is fully committed to helping these counties stabilize local communities through the purchase and redevelopment of foreclosed, abandoned homes and residential properties.
